How ofen do you work out at the gym? what kind of exercis do you do?

I go to the gym three times a week on average. I always started my workout with some weight training.
However, the main aim of my workoutl is golf excercise.

On Mondays, I never go to the gym because I am always tired called as Mondayties.
On Tuesdays and Wedesdays,  I fix my swing form and practise Iron 7.
When I finish started, I used to use traadmill, but I've switched to go straight at golf exercise room.
I think it gives me better results.

I usually do a hour of intense golf swing at indoor excerice room on saturday.

I like work out and play golf because I can keep in my shape and my mind
and it's also great way to relieve my strees and lose my weight.
